The casket of the late Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg was brought to the Supreme Court on Wednesday morning, September 23, 2020, in Washington, D.C. After a brief private memorial, her casket was placed under the portico at the top of the steps, where she will lie in repose for the next two days for public viewing. On Friday, her casket will be brought to the Capitol, where she will be the first woman to lie in state.
