MNT Endorses Joe Biden for President
The United States is in peril.
Donald Trump’s failure of leadership has led to an ongoing national catastrophe, the likes of which we have not experienced in a century. When given the opportunity to make an intelligent decision, or listen to experts, the president consciously decides to make irresponsible choices and encourage reckless behavior 100 percent of the time.
As a result of Trump’s selfishness and incompetence, more than 132,000 Americans are dead in just four months, a number that will rise exponentially. That casualty count is greater than our nation’s horrific loss during World War I. Trump’s failure to act, and his continued negligence, has put the lives of every, single American in imminent danger.
Even before the public-health crisis, Trump spent the first three years of his presidency trampling on our democratic traditions and institutions, siding with autocrats over our allies. Congress rightfully impeached him for attempting to enlist the assistance of a foreign country to interfere in the election. Most recently, we discovered he promoted Russian international interests after learning that country paid bounties to have our troops murdered. Still, he does nothing about it.
The litany of the president’s crimes and betrayals is long. If Donald Trump is to win and serve four more years as president, there is no telling what kind of permanent damage this unabashed narcissist will do to our country and our cherished institutions. He has already shown a penchant for revenge against his enemies and a total disregard for the lives and health of his countrymen.
Enter Joe Biden.
Barack Obama’s Vice President has distinguished himself as a public servant since the early 1970s. Unlike the corrupt current president, who thinks only of himself, Biden has been a champion for the little guy. He was instrumental in getting the Affordable Care Act through Congress, a signature bill that has undoubtedly saved countless lives by allowing more access to health care.
Biden spent 36 years in the Senate building strong relationships with Democrats and Republicans alike.
When discussing Biden, South Carolina Senator Lindsey Graham choked up and became teary-eyed when he said: “The bottom line is, if you can’t admire Joe Biden as a person, you’ve got a problem. You need to do some self-evaluation, cause what’s not to like?”
“He’s the nicest person I think I have ever met in politics. He is as good a man as God ever created.”
In other words, he’s the exact opposite of Trump. Joe Biden is decent. He cares about us. He is everything a president should be, and he is everything the current president is not. Joe Biden is the man who can provide responsible leadership during this crisis, and he is the man who will help a bewildered nation recover from the post traumatic stress inflicted by the disastrous Donald Trump regime.
For these reasons, MaxNewsToday endorses Joe Biden for President of the United States.
If he loses, we fear for what comes next.
